Floromance currently sells and ships to customers in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe.

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at service@floromance.com before placing an order. Well be happy to provide tailored shipping solutions for your location.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 714 business days
  • VIP Express Shipping: 35 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99
  • VIP Express Shipping: $19.99 (35 business days)
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $7.99 for orders under $99

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Most orders are processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If payment details are incomplete or inaccurate, order processing may be delayed by up to an additional 72 hours.

 

Custom & Bulk Orders

Shipping times for custom or bulk purchase orders may vary depending on inventory availability, customization requests, and production schedules. Please contact us at service@floromance.com for detailed information and assistance.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please submit a support ticket within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.
